North Toronto Residence

This home, built 20 twenty years ago, was in need of a major refresh with new interior and exterior elements. The exterior received all new windows and doors and new front entry landscaping adding an updated contemporary presence for the home. The interior received tweaks throughout including new wide plank white oak flooring and new tiles in the front entry. the existing kitchen was layout was replaced with all new kitchen cabinets, marble counters and high-end modern appliances. the lighting was refreshed with new LED pot lights and decorative pendants. New modern stairs were installed to update the interior and all new millwork was installed in the home office and family room areas.
